JUST A LIL’ LOVE

When life has one down
With skies that are cloudy and grey
That’s when
JUST A LIL’ LOVE CAN GO A LONG,LONG WAY

A smile from someone passing
Might just bring some needed cheer
Or a few encouraging words in an ear
That someone needs to hear

An inspirational song on the radio
That brings back memories
Or a breath of fresh air
Accompanied by a gentle breeze

Anyone or anything positive
Might just brighten up someone’s day
Cause yes it’s true, for both me and you
A LIL’ LOVE CAN GO A LONG, LONG WAY

So fill your days and nights with positivity
And share a fraction of your light with everyone you meet
Lend a helping hand, whenever you can
And give your spare change to a bag lady
Or a homeless man

Be a positive role model, speak to every single child
And sit and listen to the wisdom of your elders for a while
For, the more you give the more you receive
So let spirit guide all you do and say
And always remember that
JUST A LIL’ LOVE GOES A LONG, LONG WAY....
